Virgilia :3

Yoshh.. Everyone I'm back :3 I post kinda early again today, today is Sunday so the school is off of course :) so, for you today, I just drew Virgilia :) anyone love her? or anyone hate her? I don't care, she is amazing for me :) sadly, she doesn't wear any ribbon, but, I love her hat :) those roses are amazing and I love to make them too ♥_♥ Maybe it doesn't look like chibi, but, whatsoever XD.
